Repair works continue on the RMS St Helena in Simonstown.
Testing on the propeller shaft will continue today, Monday 1 May 2017, and any required adjustments will be made.
It is expected that the RMS will leave the dry dock tomorrow, Tuesday 2 May, to commence with sea trials to further test the repaired propeller shaft.
Once sea trials are completed the RMS will make her way back to Cape Town for cargo operations to commence.
Passenger embarkation for those travelling onboard from Cape Town is set for Thursday, 4 May 2017, as scheduled.
